Jonathan has been a state certified General Contractor since 2007. However, the bulk of his experience is the result of the careful observation of his Father, Darrell Liechty, who has been building houses for over 40 years.

Well...He pretty much knows everything. When he's not answering questions for everyone, he's in charge of all the "tricky stuff" that would slow the crew down.
Neal, Project Leader
The Man...the Myth...the Legend. Neal has worked for Magnolia for almost 4,000 years. It may not have been that long, but we stopped counting decades ago. He doesn't accept sloppy work, bad attitudes, or laziness on the job. But it's all a front. He's a big softy. He's acctually a cat AND a dog person.
