It is a full-time job and balancing act to comply with the requirements of the Building department, Utility companies, Planning and zoning, Architect, Engineer, HOA, etc.

After you have your plans completed, Magnolia will see your vision through to the last detail.
In-House crew and experienced subs
We have our own crew(s) that handle most of the structural, siding, and trim operations. All other subs and suppliers are of the highest reputation in the area.
